Welcome To Finding Voice I believe we are all looking for a sense of personal fulfilment or meaning in our lives. Our close relationships, family, friends, personal faith, work, community, and leisure activities all can contribute to our wellbeing. But, sometimes we feel things are not right, that something is missing, and that change is needed. Often we make changes and they are helpful, but sometimes we feel these changes are not making things better and we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Therapeutic Counselling allows us to tell our personal and unique story. It offers a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect on who we are, who we would like to be and, if we wish, to consider manageable changes we can work toward. Changes we choose to take may be in our actions or in our outlook. Sometimes the journey through counselling will be difficult, but it will also be illuminating. Together we work toward developing understanding, awareness and, ultimately, hope. I work with adults, youth and children. My strengths in my counselling role are working with issues related to:
